Terms & conditions

1. Change orders. Final price may differ due to unforeseen site conditions. Any change order is discussed, priced and agreed to in writing by both parties before proceeding.
2. Schedule changes. The start date may shift if delays occur. Both parties agree to a revised start date and the payment schedule is updated accordingly.
3. WSIB & insurance. Ramsauer Renovations Inc. warrants that all employees and subcontractors are WSIB certified, and the company carries appropriate general liability insurance.
4. Material pricing. Material allowances are based on current market pricing. If costs change materially before purchase, any adjustment is treated as a change order.
5. Workmanship warranty. Ramsauer Renovations Inc. provides a two-year workmanship warranty on all labour performed. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials.
6. Access & site conditions. The homeowner agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any hazardous conditions discovered are communicated immediately.
7. Client responsibilities. The homeowner is responsible for removing personal belongings from the work area prior to the start date.
8. Dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication before referring to a mediator.
