Jim is usually the first face you see and the first voice you hear when you contact us. He leads our consultations and most of the sales process, and he oversees every project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

Michael manages projects day to day, keeping crews on schedule and homeowners up to date. He also leads most of our marketing, including the project photos you see on this site.

How we manage your renovation
A renovation is more than a build schedule. This is everything happening behind the scenes, from the first conversation to the warranty on the work, to keep your project on time, on budget and on plan.

Consultation
We start with a conversation, in person or by phone, about your goals, must-haves and budget range, before any design work begins.

Estimating
You get a detailed, itemized estimate broken down by scope, not a vague lump sum, so you know exactly what's included and what it costs.

Contract
A written contract sets out the scope, price, payment schedule and start date, so there's no ambiguity about what you're agreeing to.

Selections
We help you choose cabinets, tile, fixtures, paint and finishes before demo day, so decisions get made calmly, not under pressure mid-build.

Scheduling
Every trade is sequenced into a project schedule before work starts, so the job moves in the right order instead of waiting around.

Procurement
Materials are ordered early, especially long-lead items like cabinets and windows, so the crew is never standing around waiting on a delivery.

Subcontractor coordination
We book, schedule and directly manage every electrician, plumber and trade on your project, so you only ever deal with one point of contact: us.

You get regular updates on progress and next steps, and a direct line to your project contact instead of chasing someone down for answers.

If something changes mid-project, it's documented and priced in writing and approved by you before any extra work starts, never a surprise on the final invoice.
